11. Paid Products & Refund Policy

CalculateThis.ai may offer paid products, including the NZ$49 founding-provider slot for calculator placements. These purchases are processed by Stripe; the fee is displayed before payment.

• Fulfilment is manual: the operator matches the purchased placement to the agreed calculator route and confirms it by email. No automatic entitlement is granted at the moment of payment.
• You will receive a full refund if the purchased placement cannot be delivered, or if you request one within 14 days of purchase and the placement has not been activated.
• Refund requests can be sent to support@calculatethis.ai with the payment reference from your Stripe receipt.
• This policy does not affect any consumer rights you may have under New Zealand law.

12. Affiliate Disclosure

CalculateThis.ai is an independent calculator site. Some outbound links on calculator pages are affiliate or partner links. If you click one of those links or submit an opted-in enquiry that is routed to an approved partner, CalculateThis.ai may receive compensation at no extra cost to you. We disclose these relationships near the links, and we never pay for reviews or change a calculation result to favour a partner. Calculator results remain estimates, not professional advice.
